Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for our services. We are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all of our participants. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we have developed the following refund policy:
- Full Refunds will be granted up to 7 days prior to the start of the class. After this time, partial refunds will be given.
- Refunds will only be issued in the event of illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances that prevent the participant from attending the class.
- Refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes missed, minus an administrative fee of $25.
- Refunds will not be given for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts or other non-emergency reasons.
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with a written explanation of the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request.
